If a report failed to generate, generated with fewer engines than stated, or shows something you believe is wrong, tell us. We keep the raw engine answers behind every score and we will show you the ones your report was built from.

Your data

To request a copy of your data or have it deleted, email from the address on the account so we can be sure who is asking.

Reply to the receipt from your purchase, or to any email you have had from us, and it will reach us.
